This afternoon, one of the fire trucks assigned to the Bayou George station caught on fire at the intersection of Co. Rd. 2301 and Penny Road in Bayou George.
No one was injured. The truck was returning from a woods fire to the station.
This incident is being investigated by the Fire Marshal.
