The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the public to identify a suspect caught on video using a stolen credit card.
On December 29 and 30, 2013, the suspect used the victim’s credit card to conduct approximately ten transactions at businesses in Bay County. About 400 dollars in merchandise or services were purchased. A complaint was filed with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office on February 4, 2014, by the victim who had only then become aware of the fraudulent use of the card. The card was connected to an account rarely used by the victim.
The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s, with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes, and a dark jacket.
