A search of the Department Of Corrections Website shows that escaped inmate Brandon Bingaman was captured on March 11th.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Corrections are searching for an inmate that failed to return to the Dept of Corrections Work Release Center on Highway 390 in Panama City.
On Sunday, at approximately 4:53 pm, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office was notified that Inmate Brandon Bingaman, W/M, DOB/06-20-85 was on an approved family visit, and had left his family failing to return to the Department of Corrections Work Release Center. Bingaman is possibly traveling in a green 2003 Jaguar bearing Florida tag 383 XR.
Bingaman was incarcerated for drug and property crime charges. The Field Services and Warrants Division are working with the Florida Department of Corrections to locate Bingaman.
