The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the fraudulent use of a person’s credit card. The victim’s credit card was used to conduct several transactions at several different businesses within Bay County, Florida on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 and Saturday, November 2, 2013.
The suspects (pictured below) are described as being a white female in her mid to late 40′s with wavy shoulder-length blond hair and a black male in his mid to late 40′s with short black hair. The female was last seen wearing a green short-sleeve tee shirt, jean shorts and white shoes. The black male was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve tee shirt, jeans and grey athletic shoes.
