The Bay County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Hale, age 40, of 1414 Park Lane, Panama City, yesterday April 16, 2014, after an investigation was done on allegations Hale molested three victims less than 12 years of age.
The Department of Children and Families contacted the BCSO when they received a report of the alleged molestation of three juvenile victims.
A subsequent investigation was conducted by BCSO Criminal Investigations to include Child Protection Team interviews with the victims, as well as statements from other potential witnesses.
The investigation revealed information that Hale allegedly got into a hot tub nude with the two victims and then later lay on a bed in the residence, also nude, and had the victims put lotion on his back, legs, buttocks, and genitals. The alleged incident occurred on March 15, 2014. David Hale was placed under arrest and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a Victim less than 12 years of age. He was taken to the Bay County Jail.
