CrimeStoppers Asking For Help Identifying Mariner Drive Burglaries (Video Included)

Crime Stoppers and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office are asking for your help in solving a series of burglaries that occurred in the Mariner Drive area of Panama City Beach between March 30th and May 8th, 2013.

Someone broke into a vehicle parked outside a residence on Mariner Drive and took several items including electronic equipment, guns and cash.

Investigators were able to recover surveillance video from one of these locations and are asking the public to help identify the individual. At one location the individual broke into the garage and took a very large amount of sports equipment including bicycles, surfboards, kayaks, and paddle boards as well as a Honda generator and various power tools and toolboxes.

A third residence was also entered through the garage with several items removed from a vehicle inside the garage.

Items include a Smith & Wesson handgun, a laptop and cash.

Approximately $18,000.00 worth of property was stolen from theses residences.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for these burglaries. If you have information and wish to remain anonymous, please call Crime Stoppers at 785-TIPS.
